Description

The size difference between apache-drill-1.16.0.tar.gz and apache-drill-1.17.0.tar.gz is 124 Mb. Purpose of the Jira is to investigate and try to reduce the difference. 

Most of the added size caused by the appearance of the aws-java-sdk-bundle-1.11.375.jar and poi-.jar* files in our dependencies.
