Description

Enables batch validation for 12 additional operators:

• MergingRecordBatch
• OrderedPartitionRecordBatch
• RangePartitionRecordBatch
• TraceRecordBatch
• UnionAllRecordBatch
• UnorderedReceiverBatch
• UnpivotMapsRecordBatch
• WindowFrameRecordBatch
• TopNBatch
• HashJoinBatch
• ExternalSortBatch
• WriterRecordBatch

Fixes issues found with those checks so that this set of operators passes all checks.
