Description

DESCRIBE dfs.tmp.`table` - works fine 

DESCRIBE TABLE dfs.tmp.`table` - fails with error:

Error: PARSE ERROR: org.apache.calcite.sql.SqlBasicCall cannot be cast to org.apache.calcite.sql.SqlIdentifier

DESCRIBE TABLE should work the same as DESCRIBE;
