    Description

There is a discussion regarding usage of CircleCI for Drill:
      https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/4d8cfa074dd427ac4d495f8767752f9be1ce95cc82c51f767f7611e4@%3Cdev.drill.apache.org%3E

Since DRILL-6777 is merged, Drill developers can enable CircleCI for own Drill fork repo.

To set-up CircleCI builds please follow these steps:

      1. SignUp into https://circleci.com/dashboard with your GitHub account.
      2. Give permissions
      3. Choose the organization (your GitHub account)
      4. Choose the project (your Drill fork)
      5. Start building or push your changes to the remote Drill fork repo.
Note: Currently CircleCI can work only for the forks of Apache Drill repository.
Using this CI for Apache Drill repo is not possible now: INFRA-17133..
