Description

1) Update Lateral to consume right batch such that it can contain rows for multiple left incoming rows.
2) Update lateral to exclude the implicit field (name passed in PopConfig) with rowId from output container. The type of implicit field will be IntVector.
3) Fix all existing unit tests
