Description
Since files created on DOS/Windows have '\r\n' as end of line character and UNIX uses only '\r' as end of line character, there are cases when Drill would return results by appending the '\r' character to the end of string for every value in the last column, in a CSV file i.e for files that were created on DOS and queried from Drill.
We should make '\r\n' as the default end of line character, that way both DOS and Unix cases are covered.
