Description

When building a test case, we often need to create list instances to set baseline values in Java space(as opposed to using baseline queries). This issue proposes adding a static utility method TestBuilder#listOf(values) to expedite process of creating lists. The same applies for maps such like TestBuilder#mapOf(keyValueSequence)
