[DRILL-2445] JDBC : Connection.rollback method currently throws UnsuportedOperationException

Description

Drill's JDBC throws "UnsupportedOperationException" when the user tries to call Connection.rollback() method.

Since this method is used by analytics tools we should make sure it works.
