Scalar replacement fails in TestConvertFunctions.testBigIntVarCharReturnTripConvertLogical():

for now, we've worked around this by using a retry strategy in ClassTransformer which will fall back to using the code without scalar replacement when the scalar replacement fails. This needs to be revisited to find out what is failing about this particular case.
