Description

Currently in few places, we point to apache/incubator-drill github repository. This patch is to point it to apache/drill in the source directories. There are changes that needs to be done to point https://github.com/apache/drill to git://git.apache.org/drill.git instead of git://git.apache.org/incubator-drill.git
