[DOXIASITETOOLS-19] SiteRendererSink ignores meta info in head

Description

The current SiteRendererSink only filters a list of authors and the date from whatever is inside a head block. The rest is added to the body (retrieved with getBody() by the DefaultSiteRenderer). This causes MSITE-194.
