Description

having a separate artifact from siterenderer only makes code harder to understand: doxia-integration-tool is not a tool as other tools, its code is really about rendering a site
having the code in site-renderer http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-sitetools/index.html makes more sense: http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-sitetools/doxia-site-renderer/

notice changing the package will probably be a good idea: http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-sitetools/doxia-site-renderer/apidocs/index.html and http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-tools/doxia-integration-tools/apidocs/index.html

and of course, while at it, drop deprecated methods
