Description

When execute site generation, the double quotes contained in markdown page are removed in html output.

After investigation, in MarkdownParser class, the flexmark renderer uses TypographicExtension and by default flexmark replaces double quotes with “ and ”, but theses entities are not recognized by XmlPullParser.
