Description

In the recent past, i've done various improvements to the maven pdf plugin and the associated doxia modules to support a number of new features and fix a bunch of outstanding issue.

• TOC expansion using markdown/whatever headings
• Title page improvements, including
• larger project logo support
• header support on the cover page
• footer/disclaimer field on the cover page
• various formatting updates
• table row alternate colors
• user overriderable via pom fo xslt file
