Description

#encodeId(String) passes false to DoxiaUtils#encodeId(String, boolean). This causes big trouble when reports are generated and the content is non-Latin. All anchors are a. Thus, making the unusable. The default behavior shall be to safely encode everything unsafe and not throwing it away.
