Description

Currently we use several logging apis (slf4j-api, log4j, commons-logging) and impls (slf4j-jcl, log4j) in the distribution.

On karaf pax logging has proved extremely useful. So I propose we simply deploy pax logging and can then remove all other logging stuff for runtime.
