Description

A simple log sequence does not tell a coherent story:

• Some messages do not provide adequate context for the reader
  To which connection/link/delivery does this message apply?
• Link handoff message does not identify original link/delivery
• Source lines for log messages are too long
• Use of 'ingress' and 'egress' is ambiguous
• There is no distinction between debug and trace
