Description

The DISCOVER-* operations have been renamed GET-* in the newest specification (draft 4). This renaming must be reflected in the implementation.

A new command, GET-ATTRIBUTES has been added to allow clients to query for the attributes of a type. This also needs to be added to the implementation.
