[dev-adaptors] message_body_data objects never freed

    Description

      qd_message_next_body_data allocates qd_message_body_data_t objects and stores them in msg->body_data_list. This list is not cleaned up when the message is deleted.

      There is probably a larger problem with cleaning these objects and the buffers to which they refer.
