    Description

      The test verifies that the priority field of qdstat --address output lines each hold a priority between -1 and 9. Unfortunately the priority fields are all blank. The actual qdstat output looks like this:

      2019-11-22 00:32:51.921253 UTC
      28: QDR.A
      28:
      28: Router Addresses
      28: class addr phs distrib pri local remote in out thru fallback
      28:   ===========================================================================================
      28:   local   $_management_internal       closest        0      0       0   0    0     0
      28:   mobile  $management            0    closest        0      0       14  0    0     0
      28:   local   $management                 closest        0      0       0   0    0     0
      28:   local   temp.XTQ3id3e5RY0E9P        balanced       1      0       0   1    0     0

      This test makes no sense in the context of qdstat output with no values in the columns of interest.
