Add a way to disable Authenticators

    Description

      We can't currently disable any Authenticator in the ApacheDS. Those authenticators are linked with the Authn interceptor, but it's not visible anymore.

      At the same time, the 'Supported Authentication Mechanisms' should be 'Supported SASL mechnisms'
