Merge tycho branch back into trunk
Delete "repostiory" folder
Delete "libraries" folder
Delete "ldapservers.apacheds.v15x" plugins
Delete "apacheds.configuration" plugin
Delete "apacheds-launcher" plugin
Rename "parent" projects
Cleanup "application" folder, check what is still useable with Tycho
