Description

Tycho doesn't support the maven-release-plugin.

• Check how other Tycho projects do their release.
• Check how apache-release profile and RAT checks can be intgrated
• Which version numbers to use for Maven (2.0.0-M9) and P2 artifacts (2.0.0.vYYYYMMDD)?

Also document the build and release process.
