StartTlsHandler and LdapsInitializer use NoVerificationTrustManager

    Description

      StartTlsHandler and LdapsInitializer use NoVerificationTrustManager. Instead they should get the TrustManagers from the LdapServer, and we should have a new annotation in CreateLdapServer to set the TrustManager classes.
