Major Description
It's better to hold a subtree base relative to the administration point as a Name rather than just a String. Similarly, type of the refinement is ExprNode and changing type of the subtree base will also enable us to parse it with DnParser as a subordinate parser.
This change should directly affect SubtreeSpecification interface, BaseSubtreeSpecification and SubtreeSpecificationModifier classes.
