      Description

TCP connection is terminated by exactly 5 mins, from the time it is created.
I am using Apache MINA + AsynchWeb to build both client and server...
Client is ok...since it is based on NioSocketConnector...and we can give connect timeout in milliis....it is working fine for me.

The real issue is with NioSocketAcceptor....it doesn't accept connect timeout parameter...

There is nothing we can do. The disconnection of a inactive socket is handled by the OS. You can either modify your OS setting to increase or decrease this value, or use the KeepAlive filter (assuming it fits your client)
