[DERBY-6403] Doc for export/import in ref man should mention automatic commit after operation.

Description

In the admin guide (in older releases, e.g 10.7, this section is to be found in the tools guilde) we can find this sentence in http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/10.10/adminguide/cadminimport27052.html:

"Derby issues a COMMIT or a ROLLBACK statement after each import and export procedure is run."

However, the documentation for the individual export/import procedures do not mention is important fact; I believe they should.
