Description

The changes for DERBY-5363 Tighten permissions of DB files to owner with >= JDK7
added new policy file permission requirements which were not outlined in the release note for that issue.
This issue is created so that a new release note can be added for 10.10.2 so the necessary changes are in the cumulative release notes.
