You will get an error if you try to set those permissions. The actual permissions are
FULLACCESS

The following script shows this problem:
ij> connect 'jdbc:derby:memory:db;create=true;user=admin;password=adminpassword' as admin_conn;
ij> call syscs_util.syscs_set_user_access ('BRUNNER', 'READONLYACCESS');
0 rows inserted/updated/deleted
ij> call syscs_util.syscs_set_user_access ('BRUNNER', 'FULLACCESS');
0 rows inserted/updated/deleted
ij> call syscs_util.syscs_set_user_access ('BRUNNER', null );
0 rows inserted/updated/deleted
ij> call syscs_util.syscs_set_user_access ('BRUNNER', 'readOnlyAccess');
ERROR XCZ00: Unknown permission 'readOnlyAccess'.
ij> call syscs_util.syscs_set_user_access ('BRUNNER', 'fullAccess');
