Description

The following methods are unused, and one of the accesses the client socket directly. It would be good to remove them:
NetConnection.getSocketAndInputOutputStreams
NetConnection.checkAlternateServerHasEqualOrHigherProductLevel

I don't know, but the code seems to relate to some earlier feature that Derby doesn't support anymore.
