[DERBY-5047] Documentation links to java.sun.com should be updated

Description

The Admin, Dev, Reference, and Tools manuals all contain links to java.sun.com URLs that need to be updated to go to the appropriate Oracle URLs. I believe that most of these if not all currently redirect to the equivalent Oracle page, but I haven't verified this. There appear to be about 23 instances currently.
