missing documentation from reference guide for ORDER BY null ordering clause (i.e. NULLS FIRST / NULLS LAST )

    Description

      With 10.4.1.3, support was introduced for the SQL standard, 10.10 <sort specification list>:

      <null ordering> ::=
      NULLS FIRST

      NULLS LAST

      However, the documentation doesn't reflect this syntax.
      It should at least get added to the reference guide order by section.
