      Description

      Running the 10.2.1.6 derbyTesting.jar with the 10.3 server derbynet/testProperties.java hangs.
      The issue occurs on shutdown of the server.

          I saw similar problem on 10.5 alpha with IBM1.5 The trace looks as follows

          ttestSetPortPriority java.lang.Exception: DRDA_InvalidReplyTooShort.S:Invalid reply from network server: Insufficient data.
