Description

jdbcapi/BlobClob4BlobTest.java should cleanup when detecting failures ['fail("FAIL - ....");'].
When failures occur, as when doing compatibility testing for Blob/Clob locator support, failures will occur.
Missing cleanup makes following tests to fail.
