Links which point to ids of elements inside other topics and referenced using the <xref href="filename#topic-id/element-id"> syntax are broken. One example of this is the javax.sql.DataSource link contained in the text for the JNDI support bullet found here: http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ref/ref-single.html#N35B48
