[DERBY-1796] Typo in Tuning Derby graphics file name causes problems

Description

The Tuning Derby manual contains two graphics, on statements and prepared statements. Each has a .gif and a .jpg version.

The two statement graphics are named as follows:

stmt_os.gif
stmt_os.jpg

The two prepared statement graphics are named as follows:

ptsmt_os.gif
pstmt_os.jpg

The .gif file name has "ts" instead of "st". However, the DITA source expects the file to be named "pstmt_os.gif", and the PDF and the one-page HTML file use pstmt_os.jpg.

The file ptsmt_os.gif needs to be renamed pstmt_os.gif.
