Exception handler swallows UnsatisfiedResolutionException

    Description

      If you inject something into an exception handler that can't be resolved, the UnsatisfiedResolutionException is swallowed and not printed in the logs.

      Ideally, the injection points of the exception handler should be validated at boot time.
