pom.xml is slightly incorrect

    Description

      The current pom.xml declares the version number to be 1.1 when it should be 1.1-SNAPSHOT as 1.1 hasn't been released. In addition the HSQLDB profile is missing an id tag. The attached patch fixes both of these.
