Description

Referring to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DBCP-412 the example code for pooling driver should also be fixed, since the same problem occurs here, too. As of now this has only been fixed in the pooling datasource example.

Adding

poolableConnectionFactory.setPool(connectionPool);

is the solution.
