Description

1. Endpoint name should be case insensitive (view 'Endpoint Case insensitive.png' in attachments)
2. Endpoint url text box should accept characters: 
   2.1. reserved  !*'();:@&=+$,/?#[]
   2.2. unreserved A-Za-z0-9_.~-%
3. Endpoint url text box should NOT accept:
   3.1. space
   3.2. not Eglish letters
4. Account text box should accept only A-Za-z0-9
