Description

Preconditions:

1. Data Engine Service is running on Jupyter

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Stop Jupyter from DLab UI
2. Start Jupyter after stopping fron DLab Ui
3. Go to Jupyter UI

Actual result:

1. It is impossible to go to Notebook UI

Expected result:

It is possible to go to Notebook
