Description

Precondition:

1. Jupyter/RStudio/Zeppelin notebook is in running status

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create HDInsight cluster
2. HDInsight cluster status on cloud is 'error'

Actual result:

1. HDInsight cluster in DataLab UI is 'creating'

Expected result:

1. HDInsight cluster in DataLab UI is 'failed'
