Description

Preconditions:

1. Libraries are installed on 'Notebook1'
2. Custom image 'Image1' is created from 'Notebook1'

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Notebook2 from 'Image1'
2. Go to 'Instances' page
3. Click on Gear icon for Notebook2
4. Click on 'Library management'

Actual result:

1. Previously installed libraries are not portrayed on DataLab WEB UI

Expected result:

1. Previously installed libraries are portrayed on DataLab WEB UI
