Description

Preconditions:
"Manage environment" popup is open in Microsoft Edge or Firefox browsers

Steps to reproduce:
1. put negative value in text box, for example <-9>

Actual result:
error message overlays on "Stop" "Terminate" icons only for Microsoft Edge and Firefox browsers

Expected result:
error message is under text box (as in Chrome browser )
