Description

Preconditions:

1. Jupyter with TensorFlow notebook is in running status

Steps to reproduce:

1. In Manage Libraries window select group "Java"

Actual result:

1. Group "Java" is absent in dropdown menu 

Expected result:

1. Group "Java" is present
