Description

Preconditions:
1. "Manage Libraries" popup is open
2. Dispay setting is the next :

 

 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Increase zoom startin from 100%

Actual result:
1. "Close", "Create" buttons are beyond of display

Expected result:
Appears vertical scroll bar in the right side in order to scroll down to "Close", "Create" buttons
