Preconditions:

1. Environment is created
2. 'Manage Roles' page is open

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Click '$anyuser' group

2. Click 'Select role' drop down list

Actual result:

Values are not grouped by roles

Expected result:

Values are grouped by roles
