Description

'Add GPU' Checkbox should be in 'Add compute' dialog form

Add new parameters for Apache Standalone cluster:

• Master GPU type - dropdown list
• Slave GPU type - dropdown list
• Master GPU сount - text box
• Slave GPU сount - text box Should be special connection between input - ask mykolabodnar
