Description

Preconditions:

1. SSN is created

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to 'Configuration' page
2. Edit provisioning.yml
3. Click on 'Save' button
4. Click on 'Yes' in confirmation dialog

Actual result:

1. Changes are not saved
2. Error 500 appears

Expected result:

1. Changes are saved
2. Error 500 does not appear
