This bug was found for Jupyter/DeepLearning perhaps it's related for another Notebooks.

Preconditions:

1. Project is created on AZURE

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Jupyter/DeepLearning

Actual result:

1. Jupyter/DeepLearning creation fails:

 

Requested: R -e "install.packages('devtools',repos='https://cloud.r-project.org')"
Executed: sudo -S -p 'sudo password:'  /bin/bash -l -c "R -e \"install.packages('devtools',repos='https://cloud.r-project.org')\""

 

Expected result:

1. Jupyter/DeepLearning creation is successful
